M-WS200 is a Touchless Automatic Car Wash Equipment built with the most robust technologies. The equipment uses high-pressure cleaning technology also called as the touchless technology for washing the cars. In touchless systems, as the name suggests, the Car Wash Machine does not come in contact with the vehicle and only High-Pressure water and a sequence of Cleaning Agents are used to wash the vehicle clean.
M-WS200 Automatic Car Wash Equipment is a 360 brushless car washing system.
Coming to the Sensing technology, as the Automation in any equipment increases, the controller needs to have more sophisticated technology to perform its activities. Sensors play an important role to sense various operations and the location of the car. M-WS200 relies on Ultrasound technology to sense the position and the profile of the car. With the inputs received from not just the Ultrasound sensor but also a gang of other sensors, the complex AI algorithm in the Siemens Controller of M-WS200, a complete map of the current vehicle being washed is made and stored for the entire duration of the wash.
